Returns & Refunds

At Iron Threads, every item is printed or embroidered to order — which means each one is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty or damaged.

✅ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, we’re here to help.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us at info@iron-threads.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Provide a brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.

🔁 Returns for Other Reasons

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour or style preference

Please be sure to check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return-to-Sender Parcels

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempt, we can resend your order — but additional shipping charges will apply.
