Terms of service
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment has cleared. Products are made to order and typically fulfilled within 3–5 working days by our production partner. Orders placed after 1 pm are processed the next working day. Please note that production times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Delivery
We offer tracked delivery across the UK via Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.
Shipping estimates:

Standard Tracked (0–100g): £2.70

Standard Tracked (101–699g): £3.61

Standard Tracked (700–2000g): £5.99
Orders over £100 qualify for free UK shipping.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or seasonal traffic are out of our control and are not grounds for refund or compensation.
If a parcel is missing, it must be reported to us within 60 days of dispatch.
3. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t entered production.
Once production starts, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
4. Returns & Faulty Items
As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect colour selection.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 28 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or a replacement.
In the rare case your item doesn’t arrive, let us know within 60 days of dispatch so we can investigate.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs sold on our store are original or appropriately licensed. You agree not to reproduce or misuse any artwork or logo from Iron Threads.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any delays once an item leaves our fulfilment centre. Estimated timelines are based on information provided by our suppliers and carriers.
7. Updates
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Please review this page before making a purchase to ensure you’re aware of the most current version.
